Building Collective Efficacy: What process did your school take in developing your School Growth Plan?

Our staff worked together to identify needs and goals to ensure student success.

Evidence-Informed: What data is driving your goal(s)?

We created a committee that built an oral language screener assessment. We also found that certain data was not tangible, and this is why we worked on getting evidence of oral ability in communication – listening comprehension and output. We had a lot of street data but want to collect more evidence of where things are for students to know where we need to help. In the ALP there is also an oral component that we will be including in this data.
